The Challenge

The goal of J.M. Developments was to give clients a resource where they could shop for the new home style and community they would like to live in from the comfort of their home. The website would give prospective clients the ability to learn everything they might want to know about a new home, including layout and design, without ever having to leave their current home.

The Solution

J.M. Developments' website displays detailed maps of each J.M. community, along with pictures of the many different home styles available in each community. A prospective home buyer can browse the home styles preferred, then view detailed interior and exterior photos, as well as floor plans, for each home. The potential buyer can then explore home purchase using J.M. Developments' online contact form, and get an idea about financial aspects of the purchase using the site's mortgage calculator.
